Disclaimer Nature of Products and Services

All products, tools, frameworks, resources, planning materials, written content and any other outputs provided by The Visionaires Edit are planning and organisational aids designed to support parents and families in structuring their approach to a child's development. They are intended for informational and planning purposes only.

Not professional advice. Nothing on this website, within any TVE digital product, within The Private Library membership, or in any communication from The Visionaires Edit constitutes professional educational advice, certified academic guidance, psychological counsel, medical advice, or any other form of regulated professional advice. The Visionaires Edit is not a school, educational institution, registered educational consultant, certified tutor, psychologist, or any other regulated professional body.

No guaranteed outcomes. The Visionaires Edit makes no representation, warranty or guarantee express or implied that use of any TVE product, tool, framework, resource or plan will result in any specific educational outcome for any child. This includes but is not limited to: scholarship awards, school admission, examination results, academic progress, cognitive development outcomes, or any other measurable or subjective outcome. Individual results will vary based on factors entirely outside the control of The Visionaires Edit.

Scholarship and admissions information. The Scholarship Architect and any related content provides general preparation frameworks and school-specific information compiled in good faith from publicly available sources. This information does not constitute a guarantee of scholarship eligibility, application success or admissions outcome. School entry requirements, scholarship criteria and admissions processes change regularly and without notice. Users are strongly advised to verify all school-specific information directly with the institution concerned before relying on it for any application or preparation decision.

Seek professional guidance. The Visionaires Edit strongly encourages all users to seek the advice of qualified educational professionals, registered tutors, school admissions consultants, SENCO professionals or other relevant specialists in addition to using TVE products. TVE products are designed to work alongside professional guidance, not to replace it. Where a child has specific educational needs, learning difficulties, health conditions or other circumstances that may affect their educational journey, professional advice should always be sought.

Academic research references. The academic research referenced throughout this website and in TVE products including works by Bourdieu, Lareau, Coleman, Duckworth and others is cited accurately and in good faith. All interpretations of that research are those of The Visionaires Edit and do not represent the views or endorsement of the original researchers or their institutions.

Reliance on information. By purchasing or using any TVE product, tool or resource, you acknowledge and accept that you are doing so entirely at your own discretion. The Visionaires Edit accepts no liability for any decision made, action taken, or outcome experienced by any user or their child as a result of engaging with TVE products, content or frameworks.
